"The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few," Jesus said in Matthew 9:37

“The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few,” Jesus said in Matthew 9:37.

Anything is possible when we show up to share Jesus Christ and His presence in our lives. The Gospel of Jesus feeds the hopeless, hungry, and dying. It’s possible that only our personal story refreshes a withered Christian.

I’ve discovered as a professional speaker and a bragger on Jesus that the Gospel shows love in action while my personal stories shows grace in action. As co-director of Christian Communicators (CC), I’ve seen life changing differences when fellow Christ-braggers showed up, steeped in His Gospel and share their personal stories of Him in their lives. My eyes have seen the same thing when I’ve been in the audience of a CC-grad sharing the Gospel and her personal stories. By being willing to show up to share, I’ve seen people in a CC-grad’s audience being refreshed, renewed and rescued from darkness.

Bragging on Jesus bags a harvest. Do you think, bragging on Jesus makes God, His Father, smile? One thing I do know, bragging on Jesus bears much fruit.

The Gospel refreshes, renews, and rescues. Christ-braggers bag His harvest.

The Gospel refreshes, renews, and rescues. Christ-braggers bag His harvest.

God has called some of us to plant the seed. Others He has given the ability to water with the nourishing truth of scriptures.  His Son, Jesus, is the light that brings life. Jesus said in Matthew 9:37 to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.”

Are you one of the few willing to show up to bag Christ’s harvest? It

seems late in the time for the harvest. There are many still to be plucked and bagged. Let’s continue to brag on Jesus and bag His harvest.

Brag on!
