Christian Communicators are Christ ambassadors.
He calls the seemly insignificant people into His service. He picked up this abandoned child who didn’t know how to hold a fork until she was seven and grew her up to teach fine dining etiquette. Christ does amazing things with those who choose to follow Him. He made an ambassador out of this insignificant castaway to be His representative. He has given me the privilege to be His voice in calling people into His family and to equip women in their speaking and writing ministries.
Each year Vonda and I meet women from all over the USA and beyond whom Christ sends to the Christian Communicators conference. The five things I’ve noticed the women who come have in common, are a faith filled heart, devoted soul, a teachable spirit, a desire to serve others, and a willingness for follow the Lord’s lead.
Paul spoke the motto of an ambassador of Christ in Philippians 2:3-4,
“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.”
Paul continued the Christian Communicators as Christ ambassadors motto in Matthew 5:16,
“Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.”
